Foliage at Moosehead Lake, Maine

It’s October 1st, and the foliage at Moosehead Lake in interior Maine is at its peak. These are a few shots that Dana took from a seaplane (what a treat!) and on the ground. At my house in coastal Connecticut, to the south, it’s still mostly green, although a few trees have started to turn. New England autumn foliage almost makes the winter worthwhile!
